	Leyland Society News - An apology to those members who were charged for extra postage on Torque 29: the problem seems to have been a weight close to the postage band top limit and moisture adding to the weight to put it over into the next band. 2006 Leyland Society Gathering: we are hoping to hold this in Leyland next year, the date to keep free is Sunday 9th July. Leyland trucks have again offered to support the event, and the theme is likely to be "Fifty Years of the Leyland Atlantean." An appeal: Does anyone have access to a copy of "The Engineer" magazine of 1896 with a report on the Crystal Palace Trials? If so, please contact the editor.
